Flat Steel
Providing Everything You Need
Aluzinc
Aluzinc® has a double coating consisting of 55 percent aluminum, 43.4 percent zinc and 1.6 percent silicon. This combination gives the product excellent corrosion resistance, superior to hot-dip galvanized steels. In addition, the Aluzinc® coating is characterized by a good ability to reflect light and heat, as well as by a particular brilliance that remains unchanged over time. In fact, despite aging, the aesthetic appearance is preserved thanks to the transparent layer of aluminum oxide placed on the surface of the coating
Aluminized
It is heat-coated on both sides with aluminum-silicon alloy. This type of steel transfers heat faster than any other steel and therefore is beneficial for heating.
The most common applications are incinerators, ovens, heaters, kitchen stoves and barbecue burners, dryers, engine components etc.
Unsorted Mixed Strips and Sheets
Wide range of steel strips (HR, P&O, CR, HDG) is designed to meet both the standard and special requirements of the target industrial sectors. Thanks to its production and logistical characteristics, Italiacciai is able to create unique synergies for customers, integrating their supply chain and industrial processes, creating purchasing efficiency, cost competitiveness (price optimization) and developing quality or more performing products, guaranteeing supply. existing codes.
Cold Rolled
Cold rolled steel is used in applications that require superior surface quality, such as exposed automobile and appliance panels.
The unique properties of cold rolled steel are known to be extremely ductile. Cold rolled steel is mainly used for electrical appliances, such as refrigerator, washing machine, freezer, air conditioner, water heater, electric rice cooker, oven. Also automotive components, bicycle parts, building components, household appliances, furniture, pipes and round and square sections, electrical fittings and panels etc.
Our cold rolled roll, strip and sheet products are available in both heat and corrosion resistant forms. In addition, their standard and special surface finishes provide a unique level of customization. These products are available in the following stainless steel grades: austenitic, ferritic, duplex and martensitic. Lightweight yet strong, cold rolled roll, strip and sheet products are fully recyclable and versatile in application.
Electro Galvanized
It has a smooth finish and is very good in powder coating and deep drawing application as each zinc particle is individually attached to the minor steel due to the electrolysis process. Various applications are electronic parts, body panels, household items, doors, door frames, home appliances, etc.
Galvanized
Galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rust. The most common method of hot dip galvanizing is immersion in a molten zinc bath. Galvanized steel is widely used in applications where corrosion resistance is required without the cost of stainless steel and is considered superior in terms of cost and life cycle.
Hot Rolled
Hot rolled steel is often used in applications where meticulously specific dimensions are not crucial. Railway tracks and construction projects often use hot rolled steel. In addition these products are used in non-critical surface applications such as car frames, wheels, small parts, construction products, housewares, agricultural equipment, pipes and sections, off-road equipment, guardrails, cylinders, racks and shelves, plates and plates etc. .
Prepainted Coils
The PPGI is prepainted galvanized iron, also known as prepainted steel, color painted steel etc. Typically with a hot galvanized steel substrate. This is the most popular product in the construction industry. Products include roofing and walls, sandwich panels, corrugated sheets, construction and interior transportation, household appliances, coatings etc
Stainless Steel
Stainless steels are distinguished above all by their resistance to corrosion, which increases with increasing chromium content. Additions of molybdenum increase the resistance to corrosion in reducing acids and against pitting attack in chloride solutions. Therefore, there are numerous grades of stainless steel with varying chromium and molybdenum contents to suit the environment, the alloy must withstand. Stainless steel’s resistance to corrosion and stains, low maintenance and the familiar shine make it an ideal material for many applications where both steel strength and corrosion resistance are required. It is widely used in cookware, cutlery, surgical instruments, large household appliances; construction material in large buildings, industrial equipment, storage tanks and tanks for chemical and food products. The ease with which it can be cleaned and steam sterilized and the absence of surface coatings has influenced its use in commercial kitchens and food processing plants.
